What to Include in Your Enquiry

To help us respond with an accurate quote as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your email — similar to what you'd provide in a standard request for proposal (RFP):

• ✔Check-in & Check-out Dates — Your requested arrival and departure dates, or the expected length of the project if dates are still flexible.
• ✔Number of Rooms / RV Sites Needed — How many hotel rooms, RV sites, or a mix of both — and how many guests per room if relevant.
• ✔Length of Stay / Project Duration — Whether this is a short block, a multi-week project, or an open-ended extended stay with possible renewals.
